Planning
Before your wedding, let’s sit down over a coffee and discuss every detail to ensure perfection. From your planned entry and decoration to the schedule, locations, wedding film vision, surprises, poses, key family members, and mood board—we’ll cover it all. We often double as impromptu planners, offering insights on what works best to create stunning films and photos. Let’s collaborate to make your special day truly unforgettable.
Your Shooting day
Whether we're filming your surprise proposal or your family's post-ceremony boating excursion, it's your day, your adventure, your epic experience. So, soak it ALL in while we document these natural intimate, hilarious, and epic moments unfold.
Delivery
After you've recharged from your grand celebration, we know you'll be dreaming of your video delivery! You can expect to receive some sneak peeks within 1 week of your elopement/wedding because Harsh also can't wait to edit those moments. Then your Complete Photos will be delivered within 4 weeks, allowing you to begin selecting images for your Wedding Photo Book. The full films and Wedding Highlights will follow, taking approximately 8-12 weeks to complete. It also Depends upon the Projects during the Wedding Season.

​DO YOU CHOOSE MUSIC FOR OUR FILM? DO WE HAVE ANY INPUT?

Such an important question as music and audio are the backbone of a film! In short, we choose the music. One of the main reasons we choose the music for your film is because it helps us set the tone, pacing, and vibe for your film. Sometimes we’ll use a combination of two songs, other times we’ll literally mix and flow 4 different songs together

​WILL YOU POSE US OR WILL IT BE A MORE CANDID STYLE?

We do our best to make sure your personalities shine through, so we go with YOUR flow! 90% of everything we capture is candid and spontaneous. However, there are parts of the days where we use our creative direction to get a specific “shot” depending on multiple factors, including lighting, location, and moment – these are more so intentional shots because we shoot them while consciously thinking of you both and how it will flow into the duality of your film

How many members of your team come on shoot?
The size of our team is tailored to meet your specific requirements. For a single-side wedding, a team of 4 is usually sufficient. However, if we’re covering both the bride and groom’s sides, we typically assign a team of 6. For larger or more elaborate events, we can scale up to a team of 8-12 professionals to ensure every moment is perfectly captured.

​Where are you based? Are you open to travel for my wedding?
​
We are based Out of Raipur, India. We have shot weddings all over the India, and are happy to travel to your wedding in any corner of India and abroad too.

​What and How you Deliver?
​
We deliver photos and videos in various formats, including Reels, Teasers, and Full Films, depending on the package you select. All deliverables are initially shared via cloud storage. Once everything is finalized and approved, we compile all high-resolution files onto a pen drive and deliver them along with the Wedding Photo Book.
What are your payment terms?
​
We require 30% of the total booking amount at the time of confirmation, 50% on the first day of coverage, and the remaining balance upon delivery of the final results.

We have a love and inter-caste marriage. Would you be open to capturing it?
​
Absolutely! Around 90% of the weddings we capture are love marriages. We truly enjoy documenting diverse religious and traditional weddings, celebrating the unique stories and cultures that make each one special.​
